How the course works
Three parts, and the third is the one that decides it.

Skin analysis — free
What kind of acne it is, where it sits, what you are already using, and what is aggravating it — products, friction, hormones, stress, sunscreen you gave up on. Nothing is treated before this, and this appointment costs nothing.

In-studio treatments
Deep pore cleansing with proper extractions, enzyme or chemical peels where the skin can take them, and back treatments if the acne is not only on the face. Usually every 2–4 weeks at the start.

Home care that survives contact with real life
The clinic visit is an hour a month. The other 700 hours are what actually determine the outcome, so the routine we give you is the shortest one that will work, not the longest one we could sell.
02Straight talk
When you need a dermatologist, not us.
We hold Face Reality certification, which is a protocol-based acne training rather than a product shelf — so an esthetician here can do a great deal for congestion, blackheads, inflammatory breakouts and the texture left behind. There is also a line we do not cross, and we would rather lose the booking than waste your months.
Book a doctor first if
- — the breakouts are deep, painful lumps under the skin rather than surface spots
- — acne is already leaving scars or deep marks
- — it appeared suddenly and severely, or came with other changes you have noticed
- — a proper course of treatment has not moved it at all
In those cases we will tell you at the first appointment. We are also happy to work alongside a dermatologist once you are under treatment — that combination often works better than either alone.

Before you book
Acne, answered honestly.
How long before I see a difference?
Expect the first real change at around 8–12 weeks, not after one visit. Skin also commonly looks worse for the first two to four weeks as congestion under the surface clears — that stage is normal and we warn you about it in advance rather than letting you panic.
Will you squeeze my spots?
We perform extractions, which is not the same as what happens at home in front of a mirror. They are done on softened skin, with proper tools and sanitation, only on lesions that are ready, and we stop before the point that causes marks. Picking at home is the single fastest way to turn a spot into a scar.
Do you treat back and chest acne?
Yes — the Acne Back Facial is built for it, and it uses the same structure as the facial course: cleansing, extraction and exfoliation adapted to much thicker skin. Body acne often responds more slowly than the face, so it is usually a longer course.
I am already using prescription treatment. Can I still come?
Often yes, but tell us exactly what you are on before we touch the skin. Retinoids, isotretinoin and some antibiotics change what the skin can tolerate — peels and aggressive exfoliation may be off the table entirely. That information changes the plan, so bring it to the first visit.
What about the marks left behind?
Post-inflammatory marks — the flat red or brown patches after a spot heals — fade with time and respond well to peels and consistent SPF. Textured, indented scarring is a different problem and usually needs procedures beyond what a studio does; we will say so plainly rather than sell you peels for it.
